About

Rob Worrell is a financial advisor with Worrell Advisory Services, a wealth management company located in Branford, Connecticut. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1990. After studying finance and economics at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, Rob became a financial planner in 1995.

He moved to Branford in 1997. Rob enjoys giving back to his community through volunteerism. In 2015, Rob received the Beacon Award recognizing his volunteer efforts along the CT. shoreline.

Founded by Rob in 1998 as Innovative Financial Strategies, the firm has very recently changed its name to reflect the company’s focus on fee only advisory services. Rob has been helping individuals, families and business owners create, implement and update their comprehensive wealth management plans designed to meet their goals and objectives.

“For clients to take advantage of investment opportunities,” Rob says, “they need to have a relationship with a trustworthy representative who has a clear understanding of their needs.  I keep my clients’ objectives and interests in focus and maintain a constant commitment to provide exceptional service.”

Rob helps his clients of affluent individuals, professionals, and retirees invest conservatively, minimize tax liabilities, get appropriate insurance protection, and plan for the efficient transfer of their wealth.  He strives to assess his clients’ short-term needs, long-term goals, and risk tolerance in order to design and implement a financial plan to achieve the clients stated objectives.  He provides ongoing client support through professional portfolio management, timely account updates, and current market analysis.

Rob shares his knowledge by conducting seminars on Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, College Funding, and Long-term Care.  Active in his community, he serves as Business Manager for St. Clare’s Church, and volunteers as a cook for church fundraisers.  In his leisure, he enjoys cooking, golf, travel, and fitness training.
